We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Availability limitations

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

ShaiMeKa Designs is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, ShaiMeKa Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or shipping delays outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
