ShaiMeKa Designs Return & Exchange Policy

At ShaiMeKa Designs, every piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order process allows us to offer unique, intentional designs while minimizing waste and overproduction.

As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before placing your order to ensure you feel confident in your selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To begin a resolution, please email us at megan@shaimekadesigns.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the concern
  • Confirmation of the delivery date

Photos must be clear and include timestamps where possible so we can properly assess the situation.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • We cannot accept returns due to sizing errors. Please refer to the sizing guide before purchasing.
  • Slight variations in colour or placement may occur due to screen settings and the made-to-order production process. These are not considered defects.
